Shipping time:
 All accessories leave the Beautifulcreations7.com store every Monday from Lakewood, N.J. within 2 to 5 days. Personalized Cake topper and specialty items may take longer 5 to 10 days if the item is not available. USPS then generally take 1 to 6 business days, depending upon the time in transit from N.J. USPS transit time map.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once an order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.

 

Rush orders:
If you need your order by a certain date or in a rush, please place the order online so it goes directly into processing and note in the order instructions box on the checkout page that your order is a rush and the date you want to receive your package. Beautifulcreations7 does not charge a fee to rush an order through processing. Please make sure to include a daytime phone number in case we need to contact you so the order is not delayed.

 

Express shipping:
The rates for express shipping are available online for 2 and 3 day shipping. If you want overnight shipping you can note that in the special instructions and you will be called with the rates that USPS will charge for your package. Please keep in mind that you must allow for processing time and that weekends and holidays do not count in shipping or processing time.

OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY

Shipping outside of the continental US:

Shipping outside of the continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and Military (APO) addresses. These orders are shipped via the US post office and the post office charges by the weight and size of your package. You can note in the order instructions on the check out page if you want to be contacted with the post office rates before your order is shipped.

 

Sorry, we do not ship Internationally.

 

Damages & Claims:
Please check your order when it arrives. If by chance there is any problem with the shipment, keep all packaging and merchandise in original condition and notify the carrier and Beautifulcreations7.com for inspection right away! Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your occasion. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3 DAYS.

 

Unforeseen Delays
As we do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for packages that are placed at the last minute and do not arrive due situations that are beyond our control such as weather, natural disaster, or other such issues. USPS will not refund the shipping even if express shipping if situations arise where the packages are delayed and it was beyond their control. If you choose to order at the last minute you will have to assume the risk and liability of the shipping as well as the return shipping if the items do not arrive in time. Also keep in mind that any personalized items are not returnable. We highly recommend that you place an order well in advance of your occasion so that any unforeseen delays will not have your package arrive after your occasion.
